  • Make sure all team member details are accurate, as this will be used for official communications.
  • Teams that do not submit the form will not be officially recognized for their problem statement.

Your Final Submission: Make It Count!

Deadline: 11:00 PM SHARP — no extensions.

What to Submit:

  • Working Codebase: Provide a link to your GitHub/GitLab repository. Ensure it’s public and fully accessible.

  • Deployment: Share a live link to your deployed agent or application.

  • Presentation Deck: Include a presentation in a given template covering your problem statement, solution, tech stack, and future scope.

  • ReadMe File: Include clear instructions on setting up and running your project.

  • Platform Submission: Upload everything on the Devpost dashboard and double-check the instructions.

 

 

You Made It! Now, Get Ready to Pitch

Eligibility: If your team is announced in the Top 6 for your Problem Statement, congratulations — you move to the next phase!

Next Phase: Final Pitching

  • Time and location will be announced.

 

 

Pitching Format: 5-7 Minutes to Shine!

Time Limit: 5 minutes for your pitch, followed by 1-2 minutes for Q&A. Practice to stay within the limit.

Audience: Jury members will evaluate your pitch using the Finale Pitching Scoring Matrix.

Team Participation: Ideally, all team members should contribute to the pitch or Q&A session.

The functionality of your prototype is key. Your project should have stable, working features that can be demonstrated effectively. The technical complexity and appropriateness of your chosen technology stack will also be considered.

Your ability to communicate your idea is as important as the code. Your pitch and live demonstration should be clear, concise, and compelling, effectively explaining your project's value and how it works.

User Experience & Design

Emphasis is placed on the end-user. Your project should feature an intuitive, thoughtful, and practical design. The user experience should be tailored to the target audience and context.

Submission & Code Quality

Your project must be submitted via a working, accessible URL. The code itself should be well-organized, readable, and appropriately commented. Effective use of open-source frameworks is encouraged.
